OMG, lol...
Ranger secondary a bad choice!?
I think I'm gonna cry.
Actually, I felt the same way at first.
I then got apply posion, throw dirt, and traps. With the change to BM I might even do the beast master warrior sometime.
Don't knock it, get a good bow and play your secondary skills BM/WS/Mark only instead of doing melee for a change of pace. does good in hench groups actually. Warrior/Ranger isn't bad and versitle IMO

Hmm, just incase you really are not happy, you do ge a chance to change your secondary proffesion later
All builds are useable, use wilderness survival.

Well in PvE apply poison and cyclone axe is a good combo....
I would go with Beast Mastery. use Ferocious Strike as your elite and your pet will feed you mana and adrenaline- enough for you to use all your special attacks almost twice as often. Also, Tigers Fury is like Frenzy except no double damage.
Antidote Signet (believe it or not) is actually decent in arenas since you are blinded so often.

Crystal Desert, after the sage lands. As for self sufficiency, I think you'll find most warrior/monks owning you at tanking. However w/r do have their own skills, and tiger's fury is nice. As for the elite, i'd trash the pet and stick with spike damage. Eviscerate does around 142 damage, putting the deep wound in account.

What's funny about this is I've been seriously considering switching my W/Mo (finished the game) to W/R. R is a much better secondary for a warrior, IMHO. But at low levels, you are probably right..you just don't have enough points to use any secondary profession very well. So play as pure W until you get the great R skills like Throw Dirt and Whirling Defense...

I'd rather have vigorous spirit, mending, live vicariously, healing breeze, or balthazaars spirit, as well as smiting for a warrior. I'm a biggy for arenas so I'd rather pack self sufficiency. If I ever do tombs I switch to a necro secondary or occasionally ranger secondary for the rituals.

Yeah, I'm stubborn like that. After meeting several crappy monks in droknars, I decided to do monk secondary when I'm casually pvping.
